OptimuMedicine is capable of completing transports of any level including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS),and Critical Care/Specialty Care. Additionally, we are capable of completing long distance transport requests. Some examples of specialty patients that we transport include IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump), ECMO (Extracorporeal Membraneous Oxygenation), Impella, and infectious patients with the use of a negative pressure isolation pod.
